Players may withdraw prior to August 15, 2020 and receive a full refund of their registration fee less a $100.00 administration charge. Fundraising fees will not be refunded. For withdrawal requests received on or after August 15, 2020, 50% of fees will be refunded up to September 12, 2020.

Players who register after August 15, 2020 will receive 50% of their fees back if withdrawal notice is given to the Registrar within 2 weeks of the registration date and before September 12, 2020. There will be no refunds on or after September 12, 2020.

Exceptions will only be made for players requesting withdrawal due to medical reasons (doctor’s note will be required) or change of address outside the GTHL (documentation will be required). In addition, exceptions will be made for players joining a Ted Reeve Thunder rep team.

**Please note:  Due to the COVID-19 crisis there were no tryouts for Rep and Select teams in the spring for the upcoming season. As a result, special refund accommodations will be made for players in all age divisions who are asked to join a Select, Rep “A,” or Rep “AA” team after the house league refund deadline has passed. A full refund will be allowed with proof of signing with a Select or Rep team. The Registrar must be notified immediately at once the player has been signed.

Please allow approximately 30 days for processing from the time the request has been received by our Registrar.

All refunds will be issued by cheque (including payments originally made by credit card).

Refunding of fees paid by cheque will be delayed until the cheque clears the bank.

No refunds will be given due to suspension of a player.

Registration fees for players who register after the season starts will not be pro-rated. Full registration fees will be charged.

Hockey Canada only allows players to be registered for one club at a time. If you register for more than one association and then decide to withdraw from Ted Reeve Hockey Association the refund policy above applies.
