Registered players who wish to withdraw from our house league program must email their request to our Registrar, Anne Macdonald at firstname.lastname@example.org
Players may withdraw prior to August 15 and receive a full refund of their registration fee less a $100.00 administration charge.
Refund requests made on or after August 15 will be granted 50% of the fees prior to September 7, 2019. There will be no refunds on or after September 7, 2019. Exceptions will only be made for players requesting withdrawal due to medical reasons (doctor’s note will be required) or change of address outside the GTHL (documentation will be required). In addition, exceptions will be made for players joining a Ted Reeve Thunder rep team.
Please allow approximately 30 days for processing from the time the request has been received by our Registrar.
Refunding of fees paid by cheque will be delayed until the cheque clears the bank.
No refunds will be given due to suspension of a player.
Registration fees for players who register after the season starts will not be pro-rated. Full registration fees will be charged.
Hockey Canada only allows players to be registered for one club at a time. If you register for more than one association and then decide to withdraw from Ted Reeve Hockey Association the refund policy above applies.
